The damage to a vehicle involved in collision is rarely limited to the site of impact. It can affect the structural integrity, as well as the mechanical and safety systems - all are vital to a cars performance. Repairs that address only the superficial damage may not be enough to restore performance. To protect the interests of its global customers, BMW introduced an accreditation program to build a network of Body Shops that would comply to the highest possible standard. Membership of this group is strictly limited to those that meet the exacting standards, performance measures and service levels demanded by the BMW Group.

As an accredited BMW bodyshop, Panel One is subject to intense scrutiny, constant review and an annual assessment. It requires Panel One to have the proven ability to restore every BMW to the exacting standards set by the manufacturer – the original design specifications, tolerances, performance and beauty.

​As well as approved paints, genuine parts and the latest technology, the team attend manufacture led technical training and Panel One’s repair procedures are tested by BMW engineers. These are just some of the criteria that Panel One has surpassed annually for more than 30 years in a row.
